In response to rising summer temperatures and regional climate challenges, 3XNest launched a new insulated exterior wall panel system designed for hot climate zones such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and parts of Africa.
The new panel uses a triple-layer design that includes a heat-reflective surface coating, insulated core, and exterior finish optimized for durability. Internal tests show that buildings using the new system stay 3-5°C cooler on average compared to standard panels, even without air conditioning.
The new wall system is already being deployed in projects in Kenya and Indonesia. It is also undergoing certification for green building standards. 3XNest confirmed that this innovation is part of a broader effort to offer climate-adaptive, energy-efficient building materials for global markets.
